On September 1st, our school and activity center opened in Bangladesh! It’s located in the heart of the capital city, Dhaka, which is the  largest city of Bangladesh. The need is overwhelming, but we are thrilled our project is up and running and the most vulnerable children are receiving true hope for their lives!

There are 20 orphans attending our school five days a week where they receive food, proper clothes, and medical attention. Discipleship has begun with these children and they are learning for the first time about God and His love. Group Picture

More about Bangladesh –

Bangladesh is one of the world’s most densely populated countries, with its people crammed into a delta of rivers that empties into the Bay of Bengal. Poverty is deep and widespread, with at least 45 million people (almost one third of the population) live below the poverty line. A significant proportion of them live in extreme poverty.  Many people suffer from periods of food shortage. Half of all rural children are chronically malnourished.
